777990 2009-06-03 05:23:00 I think there is a problem. I bought the new mobile with XT network on Sunday, and since then it giving me either Full service, limited service or no service at times in between. It does take 2-3 attempts to send a txt.
I rang telecom fault line and spoke to a tech (I think the call went to Phillipines call centre because she didnt know anything about New Zealand .... ) after talking for 20 minutes and asking me to do this and that and many things, she lodged a case. But since then never heard from telecom or got the problem fixed.

777991 2009-07-01 08:50:00 Calls from my new XT phone to both cell phone and land line sound like I'm in a barrel, echoy. Been 3 weeks and still no cure..........best system in the world???. Marshman (7857)
777992 2009-08-08 10:57:00 I have been having a nightmare since changing to an XT PDA.

Whenever I send a text, the recipient keeps getting the same message.

Over and over and over again.

The record is one person got the same message 188 times! Every time they turned on their phone, the message kept dowloading until they turned off again. Then, when they turned on, guess what ......? You guessed it.

I've had so many talks witn Telecom techs, Gen-I techs, etc who all tell me it's been fixed, but ..... guess what ... yep, it keeps, f###### happening.

What to do now ????

777993 2009-08-08 12:18:00 Fair enough, some get a couple of hundred copies of a txt, many others get nothing, but the average is 1 txt received for each one sent. The service is great on average. Theresa would have boosted the fees on the strength of that. R2x1 (4628)
