777423 2009-05-28 08:18:00 On what channel?

Playing with pussies can lead to a demise much like jumping out of an aircraft and forgetting to pull the rip cord on a parachute in the case you actually have a parachute which you may have forgotten to put on.

Only if you play with one you haven't bought and paid for with your life's earnings......

777424 2009-05-28 08:24:00 Maybe solve two problems - don't kill the tiger next time - leave it wandering on the harbour bridge. Cyclists are much healthier than keepers as a full diet.

People are tastier than horses I think. Have not yet tried one or the other.

The Tiger (or Lion) according to reports was rare and therefore should served medium rare.

How many cyclists should we use for an average diet for a Tiger or Lion this not counting people on tandems?

777425 2009-05-28 08:32:00 You just do not get the point do you.

I wasn't contesting your point, I not only get it but also mostly agree with it, hence I wasn't discussing it.

However the real world situation and the events that happened are not changed by your view point no matter how they relate to the cats being in cages in the first place or the fact that being in a cage with them carries an inherent risk.

I have a remote, I watch what interests me (which is next to nothing) and then change the channel or direct my interest elsewhere, and while you may consider the most important aspect to be able to name which number that channel was associated to, I fail to see the importance, In fact I don't care in the slightest.

As for Lion/tiger, LMAO, I should get that sorted.

777426 2009-05-28 08:35:00 It certainly wasn't intending to eat him.
Cats scratch on occasion. Tigers are rather large and cause rather large scratches, not surprising he died.
That's a reason to shoot it?
Agree. Real shame it was shot. No reason to do that.

Perhaps we should agree to disagree.

If you report a Lion as opposed to a Tiger then I would want to know where you get the facts from which is why I asked what channel you were watching.

The difference between being eaten by a Tiger or Lion is immaterial as to the end result.

But you are now giving Lions a bad name are you not?

777428 2009-05-28 09:13:00 You all missed the point :(

The stupid female interview commented that they, the TVONE news crew had flown over the tiger/lion enclosure in a helicopter and that the animals appeared agitated.

What the F do they expect the animals to do?

Roll over and wave at the chopper?

TV news journalism in this country is a freakin' joke :(

**** that.

I'd rather have the species go extinct than having them endure what the Chinese does to animals.

777431 2009-05-28 10:21:00 lions/tigers are built to eat, put them in a cage with ****all to do and feed them dead meat is only gonna result in natural instinct taking over and causing harm to someone

they shouldnt have shot it, should've locked it up like a human...oh wait it already was

777432 2009-05-28 10:25:00 Seems a lot of media hype for one death, hope next person who gets killed in NZ gets the same exposure. prefect (6291)
