777902 2009-05-30 03:35:00 Given certain values for X and Y I can prove 2 + 2 to be not equal to 4 much like an earlier Pentium 586 CPU I think.

When Jen posted the original question maybe it was posted with intent to paint the pergola roof and therefore needed find out how many litres of paint would cover the surface area.

Waits for the next question which may be the surface area of the poles or supports in order to apply paint.

777903 2009-05-30 03:54:00 Meh - I say bring on competition in the education system. If it encourages kids to excel, rather than just pass, then that's a good thing. This politically correct 'no child should fail' nonsense will destroy the country's future.

As a country we already do plenty of skiting - schools brag all the time about having the best rugby team, the best NCEA results, etc.

If the schools try to be excellent then that is fine but some schools use Excel which is different.

And as for your "Meh" well I won't bother going into that.

I definitely agree that the PC correct way is not the way to go.

However I might add that lack of ability should not not stop a person trying to achieve any goal the person wants to set.

I have some abilities and lack others.

"Me" is not a big word either but some people use "Meh" thus adding to the length thereof.

A person uses "wat" possibly to shorten "what"

A bigger word is Wanganui and there is a movement to make it Whanganui which is one letter longer.

I do wonder what they call
Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateaturipukakapiki maungahoronukupokaiwhenuakitanatahu these days?

Just going off to Taumata I believe for the locals.

When the word "Meh" is pronounced in how does it differ from "Me"?

May I use "Meh" during a game of scrabble?
