Latest version was released 11th Feb 2010, and can be found in this (pressf1.co.nz) post.

For even better performance, disable javascript as well (not necessary, but certainly gives it a bit of a boost).

Nope - the top of my screen looks like the first attached screenshot. Taken using Opera 10.10 on Gentoo Linux.

If you let me know what you're seeing, and which browser you're using I'll see if I can sort it out for you.

Edit: Just tested again with javascript enabled - the sneaky buggers have slipped another ad up the top again (see second attached screenshot) - perhaps this is causing your issue? Watch this space - will update the code to block it.
