Yes the problem is with his Telecom Samsung phone all texts since Thursday are being received by him 8 times as stated they are from his school friends and Girlfriend. Have you tried getting in touch with Telecom to ask why you have received the same text 8 times? www.telecom.co.nz (Though, if you're on PrePaid, you might get a similar level of service as a Vodafone PrePay customer - but then again, Telecom may be sensitive to potential 'new network' issues, so they may be very interested in the details...) |
