| 868932 | 2010-03-21 02:30:00 | Hi Guys Just installed my new copy of Windows 7 Home Premium OEM. It works, but says that its not genuine ! I have not activated it yet, as I have not connected it to the web yet. I wonder if this is because its an OEM version, or did I type in the Product Code incorrectly, Or is it because I have not activated it yet ? Any thoughts ? |

| 868933 | 2010-03-21 02:33:00 | Where does it say its not genuine ? Where was it purchased from ? If the product key was not correct it usually wont install, to retry, right click Computer, properties, down the bottom is "change Product Key", select that and re-enter the key. |

| 868934 | 2010-03-21 02:37:00 | If you typred an incorrect Product Code, it would not let you proceed past that point. Wait until you activate (you've got 30 Days) and then see if you get the same message. |

| 868940 | 2010-03-26 10:16:00 | I've got a genuine copy of Ultimate and connected an external drive the other day and it threw a wobbly and said I was no longer genuine. Sorted itself out within about five minutes. I think if you don't activate it, it tells you it is not genuine until you do, but I may be wrong. |
