| 868722 | 2010-03-20 18:35:00 | I'm trying to download a Photoshop plugin file from a site called Topaz Adjust. The file (topazadjust402_setup) seems to download normally. However, when I try to open the file, (suffix .zip) with the evaluation version of Winzip, which I have also just downloaded, I keep getting the message "Cannot open file. Does not appear to be a valid archive." Any suggestions? | nzguru (8828) | ||

If the file still won't open, then it's corrupted. Be sure to put the check mark back again when you have finished. Also make sure your anti-virus application is up to date. |
