| 868616 | 2010-03-24 11:24:00 | After spending the last 2 nights surfing the net and looking at videos, I have ordered the hp storageworks x510 data vault . Just looking at hdd's for it now. Any ideas on what hdd's to look at. Wanting 1tb and bigger hdd's. I think 4x 1tb hdd's would be sweet. Thanks |

| 868617 | 2010-03-25 11:55:00 | Right I have ordered. 1x HP Storageworks x510 data vault NAS server, 1tb hdd included. 4x Western Digital Caviar Green WD10EARS Hard Disk Drive, 1000GB, 5400-7200rpm, 64MB Cache, SATA-2, Total of: $1,722.47 Now I have to sort out what parts im going to get to build my system with to set beside the HP NAS server. So I have $2278 for my system build. |

Bit of Guff (www.homeserverhacks.com) - one of my WHS while it does have a KB/Mouse/LCD connected via a KMV switch (server sits under the bench), they are never used apart from the real odd time I have to do some maintenance on it. Normally it just "works". | wainuitech (129) | ||
