| 868402 | 2010-03-18 22:17:00 | I have an asus ati 4670 which I purchased a year ago, and now there's some problem with the fan, it makes strange noises and stops turning after a while. I know the card has a 3 year warranty. The problem is, I brougth it from overseas so I can't take it back to them. I don't know where Asus is in NZ, Auckland, it seems there service center is only for Notebook and Monitors. Does anyone know how I can claim my warranty? | bluetheice (15681) | ||

And I think most computer product should have international warranty, but the downside is that they don't recongised your date of purchase, instead they base the warranty on the date of manufacture. I had some experience returning an AMD Cpu once, they told me to sent it to Singapore, and gave me a new one after a few days. I will challenge Asus to beat AMD, cos it's such a good service. Wish me luck |

| 868411 | 2010-03-19 22:39:00 | You'd be surprised. I bought an EeePC 900 second hand but didn't have the warranty for it. Anyway they asked me for the serial number, checked their db and said it still had 2 months warranty left. The service center there was great about the whole thing :) | Chilling_Silence (9) | ||
