| 869943 | 2010-03-25 18:03:00 | Hi all I am moving house and after god knows how many years with Xnet I am looking at moving to Vodafone, mainly because of their MySky HDi deal. Can anyone give me their (current) experience of Vodafone broadband and what issues, if any, there are with them as an ISP re performance etc. I did a forum search but most hits were getting on a bit in age. I guess that most people will tell me that it can't be worse than Xnet :D Thanks. |

| 869945 | 2010-03-25 19:36:00 | I've had Vodafone (well Ihug) here for ages now. Nothing major to report. Lost connection once or twice, rang them and got the usual story - 24 hours, blah, blah but each time it came back within a couple of hours. |

Always had a noisy phone with Telecom, but they fixed it long ago and its been good ever since. I don't know what the Help desk is like, I have never needed it. |
