| 869720 | 2010-03-24 11:19:00 | FreeParking charge $49.95 per year for 5 mailboxes at 250mb. I guess that's including the domain name registration. With Google Apps you can create a free account and have up to 50 email addresses. So given that you register the domain, with say Orcon for about $30 per year and have it hosted at Google, do you get a pretty good deal or am I missing something? |

Unless somethings changed?Google's mail system doesn't actually have any concept of folders - it uses 'labels' (essentially tags) instead. What you see in Thunderbird as a folder is actually just a label - they're exposed this way because most offline mail clients don't understand tags, and / or have no way of syncing them with the server. To create a folder via the web interface, all you need to do is create a label. |

| 869723 | 2010-03-24 20:37:00 | Google recently purchased DocVerse (www.digitaltrends.com) to incorporate Microsoft Office (and I guess their desktop users) into Google Apps. Also for online project management (groups, tasks, events, etc) you can integrate manymoon (www.manymoon.com) with Google Apps and also with Google Docs and Google Calendar. Explained here...
