| 781772 | 2009-06-12 20:02:00 | I found a gif online that I would like to use in a forum. However the forum resizes gifs so that the gif is a lower resolution than normal. Thus making the gif look pixelated I was thinking maybe if I could resize the gif so that the background was larger I could solve this problem. What tools are there for doing this? |
