| 781255 | 2009-06-10 23:38:00 | I have a customer who has a Samsung 6210 copier/printer/fax. They have the fax lead plugged into a double adaptor with a Panasonic cordless phone. When they go to use the phone the fax machine asks you for a fax number and when you hang up the message goes away. Also if anyone uses the machine when someone is on the phone, you get noises on the line. I suspect the fax machine as their previous one didn't have this problem. Anyone got any ideas why this is happening? Jeff:confused: |

Easy to isolate if the problem is the double adaptor by trying each device directly plugged to jackpoint. |
