| 870588 | 2010-03-28 06:48:00 | I adjusted my epsomm printer and couldn't get to print so I uninstalled the driver and tried to reinstall it from the disk. I was unsuccessful so i restored the computer to yesterday. Now when nI try to print a web page Internet explorer closes down and the printer doesn't do anything. You can probably guess I am a bit of a luddite but any help would be appreciated. The computer is a Dell running XP and the printer is a Epsonc59 | donald (15621) | ||

Check in Device Manager (show hidden devices) to see it removed all of the driver. Use Ccleaner to get rid of leftover bits. Insert the CD and make sure the printer does NOT have it's USB cable connected to the PC. Follow the CD and only plug in the printer when it says too. |
