| 871099 | 2010-03-30 07:13:00 | hello folks...have had such a good run with my computer for the past 6 months...all functions working well. however tonight when i loaded a dvd film into the drive it didn't seem to like it and didn't transfer the information so that i could watch the film...in fact it seemed to freeze the overall running of the machine...ie: when i pulled up the start up menu everything froze...are there any simple answers out there hope someone can steer me in the right direction cheers |

| 871102 | 2010-03-30 21:55:00 | thanks guys...took it back to the retailer this morning...still under warranty...and lo and behold....it was working properly...got it home now and all systems go...guess it was something to do with the hire dvd (recent release) i had loaded into it... by the way my os is windows xp pro cheers |
