| 784912 | 2009-06-23 07:20:00 | Does anyone know of any new commercial projects being put up within the next couple of years or so around the Lincoln North area? The ground is all used up around the Lincoln North shopping centre right up to residents homes. The only greenfield land is northwest of the Stadium and some either side of the new Universal Drive extension. The only unused developed commercial area is on the corner of Paramount and Lincoln roads was John Andrew Ford. |

You even went further and said, "Can I ask why?" Possibly you could have asked, "May I ask why?" Waits for the spelling or grammar police to come knocking at my door. |
