784908 2009-06-23 06:46:00 As in new buildings or businesses? You could ask the Waitakere City Council what's in the planning stages. Jen (38)

The ground is all used up around the Lincoln North shopping centre right up to residents homes. The only greenfield land is northwest of the Stadium and some either side of the new Universal Drive extension.
The only unused developed commercial area is on the corner of Paramount and Lincoln roads was John Andrew Ford.

One of these things "?" would tend to indicate you have asked a question.

You even went further and said, "Can I ask why?"

Possibly you could have asked, "May I ask why?"

Waits for the spelling or grammar police to come knocking at my door.

Just once could you hold back your stupid nitpicking comments?
