Just curious who's entered this competition....

I dont buy it means you dont buy the tech mags, not you dont buy PCW, sorry for typo

786971 2009-06-29 07:31:00 You just reminded me about it, but then I realised I missed the cut off date by 1 day :(. davidmmac (4619)

Oops - too late! I don't buy PCW because it lacks any interesting content, but I do buy other mags - particularly APC.

786975 2009-06-29 23:50:00 Didn't get around to entering. I agree, PCW seems to be getting less and less interesting, I read the last mag over lunch the other day. Long gone are the days when it could take a week of lunches to finish one. :2cents: wratterus (105)
786976 2009-06-30 03:34:00 Who still buys netguide. I haven't seen it in the shops for years. I still buy the occasional PCW from time to time, but only when there is something interesting in it. robbyp (2751)
786977 2009-06-30 03:39:00 Netguide has absolute crap in it these days. The other the editor was recommending RegCure to BSODs!

PCWorld is OK, too many ads though

786978 2009-06-30 05:01:00 The future of PCW is really an online edition, that integrates the forums, and makes the whole thing a lot more interactive. The print PC mag is really a dinosaur that won't be around for all that much longer. Maybe they should be paying me for my advice. robbyp (2751)
786979 2009-06-30 05:04:00 Is it still going? Gobe1 (6290)
