Was a DVD for some time now - but since I got high speed cable, I downloaded anything they could put on the disk already. I still read the mag though, although it take less time than some of the other ones.

786968 2009-06-29 12:24:00 If you're looking at advertising, community noticeboards and flyers are probably a much better option - especially the community noticeboards. As a rule, you want to be advertising to people who are clueless about computers and need an expert (they read the noticeboards) rather than those who would much rather take a crack at fixing it themselves (the kind who read PC World). You'll get a hell of a lot more bang for your buck.

Yellow pages can be good, but only if you get high volume - it's *very* expensive.

786969 2009-06-29 18:21:00 Years ago the CD (or floppy) was one of the main reasons I bought the magazine.
I spent ages sorting them and cataloging them.
Then I found that most of the software was the same every month, and the rest was available on the net. And I have never been into the game demos.
And now like many others I hardly ever buy the magazine.
Years ago I used to keep all of the how to's and the requests for help etc.
But in today's world who would want to wait till next months issue to get a reply to a serious problem.
