| 873755 | 2010-04-06 20:34:00 | Hi We use Outlook (2003 & 2007). In addition to our normal email address (normal@domain.com), we share a common one (common@domain.com) and send emails on behalf of that account. Unfortunately, the sent email goes into the normal@domain.com sent folder. Is there a way to automatically move/copy/forward the sent email to the common@domain.com sent folder? I've tried rules, but can't get it to work. Thanks. |

I could not find a way to change this and the rules also didn't work. There might be a way to do it with macros but I'm not 100% sure. | WarNox (8772) | ||
