789077 2009-07-05 04:22:00 Hi

You know when you see an LCD and it says so and so inch wide..

Does the measurement include the entire screen including the frame?

I see that from the viewing area and the frame surrounding the viewing area is about 5cm wide .

I'm not sure if the measurement includes everything including outside frame surrounding the viewing area also.

789080 2009-07-05 06:09:00 Speedy is correct.

Also keep in mind 22" may actually be 21.5"

789081 2009-07-05 06:33:00 Measuring diagonally across the screen was the norm when TVs first came out, way back. )Was it a 10" screen?). Made it seem bigger. It hasn't changed. PJ Poppa John (284)
