788226 2009-07-02 12:26:00 Most ISP's are crap. Best thing to do, move to Hong Kong, Sweden, Japan :p Speedy Gonzales (78)
788227 2009-07-02 12:27:00 Welcome to PressF1. You aren't txting, this is a forum. Use your keyboard and speak English if you want some useful help. ;) Have you forwarded the necessary ports in your router?

support.microsoft.com

Run a www.speedtest.net to Auckland and post the result here. I have pretty crappy broadband at home and play Halo online no worries, there isn't a lot of data that gets transferred. (5 - 20kbps while playing, from what I've seen).

Out of the larger ISPs, Xnet and Telecom and probably the worst, Orcon and Telstra and best.

Or move to Singapore, or Japan. 1GBps FTTH for the win. :drool

Attached is what the port forwards in the router here look like....

788230 2009-07-02 12:31:00 Oh not another txt geek. Reply so WE can understand what youre saying. If the router has a DMZ option use that for the Xbox. A LOT easier than adding a lot of ports Speedy Gonzales (78)
