You think that's bad? I've still got a 402Mb drive somewhere. Still chugging along fine, has windows 98 on it I think.

If you don't store photographs, videos, music, it is great . Just need to back up the Acronis Disk Image file onto DVD .

Windows 2000, 320MB (max), 20GB, DVD, plays DVD discs, goes on the net, has Wifi via PCMCIA, has a HP Laserjet 6L (1995 I think), and a modern Canon MF (b/w laser and scanner) .

Even on my main computer I don't have videos, minimal music, we just hire DVDs out, hire one and get one free specials . . .

2x Seagate 500GB = 1TB .
1x Seagate 500GB external . Not yet used .

Total = 1 . 5TB .
Free = 1 . 2TB free .

The main reason I went for multiple HDD is for syncing backup incase a HDD failed, got them about 3 or 4 months ago, one HDD has already failed . Hence I don't use RAID, as I like sync in their original filenames etc . . .
