1450935 2018-06-24 22:34:00 For those who remember The Beatles**, here's a 25 minute video featuring (Sir) Paul McCartney in a Karaoke tour of Liverpool, featuring some of his all-time music hits ...

Hey Jude, Penny Lane, Let it Be, etc.

Published by You Tube and broadcast last week in the UK.

** for those who don't remember them, ask your grandparents

Disclaimer ... not my cup of tea, the Beatles never were a favourite of mine even back in the day. There was better talent around then - as is now - although if their music lasts more than 60 years only time will tell :)

Problem with the Beatles was it had 3 talented songwriters , writing completely different types of music .
Some of it I hated, the slow stuff, the very popish stuff, the childlike stuff . Other stuff was great .

Not the best musicians, but easily some of the best songwriters .
Better talent ....well its easily to be talented when playing other peoples songs . :) They are almost at 60years ago, so they have passed the test of time.

1450937 2018-06-26 08:14:00 I heard on the radio of his new "Come on to me" song from his new album. He still has the knack to write simple lyrics and play in a tuneful way. But what instrument is he normally associated with? Does he own or live in a castle? He seems to invest and be around them or those massive manor type houses. kahawai chaser (3545)
