Brought a new camera lens from PB yesterday. Great price, but the service was TERRIBLE! Sales guy said they didn't sell something they actually did, and he had absolutely no idea about anything camera related, yet wouldn't admit it and kept giving answers that were wrong. Guess you get what you pay for... |

Never had a problem with stuff from PB Tech. They are definitely the cheapest for inkjet cartridges - worth going across town to buy them. $28 at PB Tech vs. $43 at JB Hifi. |

One thing I really like with PB Tech is the way they keep their stock records up to date. You can see if the item you want is in stock at your local branch and be sure that it is available prior to going in to purchase it. I have rechecked stock again after purchase and as expected it is always one less. Incidentaly I research before purchase know what I want, what it costs and if they have it. I do not have any requirement of the sales person except to tell me just where in the store it is. I tell them they have it if they are at all unsure. |
