| 876121 | 2010-04-13 05:20:00 | I regularly transfer mp3 files, via click and drag, to a USB stick which are later played to an attentive audience. The files are to be played in a certain order and so are loaded in that order. The USB stick is played on a DVD player. All works fine. When I view the files (after removing, and then replacing the USB stick at a later time) the files are now listed in alphabetical order, rather than the order in which they were (and are still) loaded. Is there any way that the files can be viewed in the order that they were loaded? And if it is decided that one or more of the mp3s is to be changed, can the mp3 be deleted and another mp3 put in its place without deleting and reloading all the mp3s for a second time? Thanks for your help.:thanks |

You could sort by "created date" column, although that may show the "original" file creation date. YMMV. I would suggest prepending a 'play order' number to the filename. |
