| 875212 | 2010-04-11 11:08:00 | HI I have been given an old laptop from work and i was able to logon once with the passwords i hadfrom work . I want to be able to use it for home use only I dont wish to use the work domain to logoonto windows xp What and how can i re-set this laptop as a stand alone computer It has Windows XP pn it already i just want it cleaned up and useable Can you help me Tks Gill |

| 875214 | 2010-04-11 11:12:00 | Right mouse / properties on my computer on the desktop. Computer name tab. Click on change. Delete the domain info . Altho you may or may not have to take it back to whoever added it to the domain to fix it properly. Or reinstall XP |
