| 877108 | 2010-04-16 04:16:00 | My TV is a Sony Bravia with a PC input. Is it possible to get and then connect an external HDD to the TV with a cable that has a firewire connection at one end and a standard monitor connection at the other? I imagine not as I guess I would need to use the PC to access the external HDD. What I was contemplating was playing my small collection of .avi movies directly from the external HDD without having to connect either a PC or another DVD drive (with a USB port) to the TV. |
