| 876831 | 2010-04-15 07:05:00 | Got me a bit annoyed over that last few months, for some reason Photoshop randomly stops responding and crashes whenever I use the lighting effects tool. Mainly with the spotlight but but it does happen with all the lighting effects after after I move them around a bit. It is a really frustrating problem because after it happens It's too late to save any work, so a lot of stuff has ended up vaporised because of this. any solutions VERY welcome as this is a problem that has me stumped and I dont really have any solutions for it. Photoshop CS4 Extended, OS Windows 7 Ultimate Build 7600 (doubt it is a problem with system resources overloading but for the record AMD Turion X2 @ 2.0GHz with 3Gb RAM) If nothing fixes it I guess ill have to wait ans see if CS5 fixes it |

Altho this relates to a mac, it may also apply to windows Dont know if this will help (kb2.adobe.com). Since it says Intel / Nehalem processor CPU's |
