791783	2009-07-15 07:56:00	I have a number that has been calling me just about every day between 1:30 and 5:30 pm for the past month and when i answer i just hear a dialing noise and nothing else so i hang up, what should do? The number is Withheld? what the ** is that? This is a computer-based switching system that dials a sales rep if you answer. Saves the lovely call-centre vultures from having to dial heaps of numbers and get a lot of no-answers. I seem to get them on my land line a lot lately. Makes sense that sales people are getting more intrusive in the current economic climate. Just don't answer. They'll leave a message if it's legit.	nofam (9009)
791784	2009-07-15 08:31:00	Only extremely tolerant and forgiving people give a "no" answer. We vary between "Please hold", Could you repeat that please?", "One moment while I connect you to the Swahili speaker" and messages that are a bit less helpful.	R2x1 (4628)
791785	2009-07-15 08:52:00	If its a mobile then answer it as it won't cost you anything assuming you don't have an 0800 number. Leave it answered for as long as you can. It will consume their credit pretty quickly and then they won't be able to afford call you again ever !!	Ofthesea (14129)
