| 877687 | 2010-04-18 00:06:00 | Neighbour running XP has the following; Reading mail from extra and the screen locks with the hour glass going on and on. But when it does that she can start and play cards then return to xtra later and all is ok for a while. Visiting a site with firefox can do the same thing. It is obviously a problem associated with working on the net only but what? And it has only started recently after a long period when everything going ok. |

| 877689 | 2010-04-18 00:50:00 | Thanks Speedy I think you are on to it but I now have to convince a 63 year old widow who will not use Thunderbird but uses OE6 that she may have malware.Her puter expert who charges worse than a wounded bull put Malware Bytes on her box and because he did she is convinced it is the be all end all.I will try and get a HJT log which I feel will reveal all but it may take a day or two. |
