Recheck all your cables

Then run HDD diagnostics and check for faulty sectors, HDAT2 is good.

878198 2010-04-30 08:06:00 I know this is a bit late... but i would just like to close this....

I ran the diagnostic tool from Western Digital, it found bad sectors, and could not fix it. I contacted Western Digital, and they told me to RMA it, So ive given it to PB TECH (where my system from) to deal with it.
