What is generally required is contact counselling by baton, fist, pepper spray tazer or nice bullet they dont quieten down by themselves in fact they wind themselves up during a fracas in my experience. Have you been in a pub brawl the only thing that ends them properly is when the idiot who started the fight is taken out. Otherwise they flare up again as the piss takes effect. |
