| 877683 | 2010-04-17 23:34:00 | Hi i have a friend who has been locked out off the internet by a program called my win locker. This program came with the laptop he purchased. I know nothing about this program i am guessing it has a password and he has forgot it? i have had a look on internet and cant seem to find anything that helps me. Maybe it could be uninstalled or does it require a password for that?My only communication with my mate is usually via internet or text and he is quite computer illiterate. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |

| 877685 | 2010-04-18 06:21:00 | Uninstall it in Safe Mode. Hold down the F8 key on startup, then select safe mode from the screen that pops up. :) |
