| 878413 | 2010-04-20 07:27:00 | I have a HP Compaq NX6120 from my uncles work that was playing up. When I first got it I discovered that the ram slot below the keyboard was playing up so I swapped the ram to the slot on the bottom of the laptop and hey presto working laptop. That was a few weeks ago, turned it on today to install some programs and it froze on the HP Splash screen just like it did when the ram was in the top slot. Any idea what can be causing it to do this? |

| 878422 | 2010-04-20 20:28:00 | it freezes first when the laptop is first turned on and when the two pressure points are not pressed | nedkelly (9059) | ||
