795553 2009-07-27 01:12:00 I won an auction of theirs last Wednesday, paid just after it closed, and have not received any communication from them since the automatic payment email. I'm giving them until Wednesday before I place some very negative feedback. What can I do if nothing happens? sammo450 (13626)
795554 2009-07-27 01:16:00 Justfurniture ... sounds like one of them trademe stores. Do they have a phone contact that you could ring them on? Have a look at their feedback ratings as well, tells a lot about someone. ronyville (10611)
795555 2009-07-27 01:18:00 Over a thousand positives, 8 negatives. One of the negatives sounds like my situation. There's an address, no phone I don't think though. sammo450 (13626)
795556 2009-07-27 01:22:00 There's an address

Well you could just wait till Friday and if they dont get back to you than just pop down to that address with your auction number. What about the emails you received after you won the auction, no phone contacts in there? Can you give me one of their auction numbers?

795557 2009-07-27 01:27:00 not received any communication from them since the automatic payment email.

POst a message on one or tow of their other auctions saying they need to contact you.
Then I'd do the feedback. I find bad feedback grabs their attention real fast.

795558 2009-07-27 01:33:00 OK then will do. I live in Nelson, they are in Auckland so I can't physically contact them. The dangers of online trading. OK then pctek I'll try that now. Here's one of their auctions: 230639556 sammo450 (13626)
795559 2009-07-27 23:02:00 Posted negative feedback, got two emails later tht day saying they were just about to email me. And the parcel arrived that day, so I removed the feedback. sammo450 (13626)
795560 2009-07-27 23:12:00 Another lesson! Avoid Trademe.

When/how will people learn????

795561 2009-07-28 00:43:00 Not necessarily. That is the worst experience I have had. Most traders are trustworthy. sammo450 (13626)
