Well, this is just like the Joseph Lucas management technique....straight up....stirrers and malcontents on the shop floor were promoted to foreman, then when they became part of the establishment they ceased to be malcontents :)

Here's a suggestion for a campaign tune, sorry couldn't find a better copy....that well known wartime song..........
