879498 2010-04-24 05:56:00 Hi beetle

I have also been having probs with those 2 sites, plus a few others on Opera 10.51 mine is intermittant though sometimes it can work fine, then those site just don't load, they don't seem to timeout either (and i have checked them with FF and IE and the sites are working at the time),
Is this what you have been experiencing or are you just completely unable to access them

Thats odd as I'm running 10.51 and it tells me there isn't a newer version

879500 2010-04-24 06:03:00 10.52 is an RC version. Thats why 10.51 doesnt pick it up Speedy Gonzales (78)
879501 2010-04-24 06:24:00 10.51 proved a bit problematic for me. I was hoping the RC version be a little bit better despite being still in the testing phase Ninjabear (2948)
879502 2010-04-27 02:25:00 I have used Opera for a very long time - I like the inbuilt mail client and I used tabs in Opera long before the other browsers bothered with them - and its generally a pretty quick and nimble bit of software, However I have to say the later versions of Opera seem REALLY bad in the memory leak area.

Dont know what they have done to it - but I have opera (10.51) installed on 3 PCs that I regularly use and I dont know what triggers it, but form time to time you notice the PC locking up and if you can even get the task manager to appear you can see Opera starts going ballistic in its memory usages - I really wish they would track it down and fix it. I have googled it and it seems to have been a well reported problem with Opera for a few years now - strangely I have noticed it more with the newer versions.
(Maybe I should try 10.52).
