I dont come here as much as i used to ......... life just seems to get to busy. anyway........ 1 year and a day after my dad has died and i am visiting my brother in hospital in the same room my dad was often in due to his illness........... the sad thing it is the start of the problems that similarily effected my dad..... and then killed my dad. and my big brother is only 53....... and they say he has damaged lungs, infections and pneumonia, and breathing problems....... all the same words that they used to reiterate about my dad. :( it felt like i should have walked in and my dad been sitting in the bed........ but sadly its not, its the next generation of the family who is now showing major signs of being eflicted with the same disease.... he is a chain smoker, and has no intention of giving up.... his choice. it was really weird walking into the ward today...... have you ever experienced that feeling of doing this before ? no matter what the situation is...... i guess it is the start of many new hospital visits for the family again... beetle :( |
