I am not lazy The target is high. Very high. With tertiary study, if you slack off or jerk around, nobody will care (and nobody will fire you). They'll just give you a fail, and make you repeat the course again. It's that simple. Do what qazwsxokmijn said (and remember, I have suggested the exactly same thing to you several times already, but you don't seem to be listening). Also, go and talk to the university (again, something that has been suggested over and over again). They have "course advisors" whose job it is to talk to people and answer questions. |

| 796917 | 2009-08-02 04:30:00 | So far I have about 29 ncea level 3 credits and i need a rank score of 150 to get into btech information technology in university of auckland so i need 46 level 3 credits. umm correct me if i am wrong but i am sure i can use my university entry credits for my rank score as well. I do not think that you need University entry credits (42 lvl3) + another 150 rank score points. I think i can just use 42 of my level 3 credits for my rank score. Correct me if i am wrong. You're right about that. But that's the last I'm going to say in this thread because we have given you several pieces of excellent advice over and over again and you have ignored it all. Your UE credits count towards your rank score, but as people have said again and again, credits are NOT just credits. They need to be in approved subjects and you need a certain number of maths and english credits. You will find that for the "rank score", merit/excellence credits are worth more than acheived credits. I suspect that you will find that from this point on PF1 members will become less and less willing to help because you are missing the point badly. |
