880807 2010-04-28 22:54:00 Should be under games in the menu. It comes with Purble place, Chess, Internet checkers/backgammon, spades, solitaire, spider solitaire, Mahjong, Minesweeper, freecell. You may have to add them in control panel / add features I think it is.. The option will be there Speedy Gonzales (78)
880808 2010-04-28 22:56:00 If it is a work laptop they will have removed them, maybe even blocked them from being installed nedkelly (9059)
880809 2010-04-28 23:15:00 There is a version of Win 7 that comes without games. I know this as I'm running it.

Win 7 Pro N which you can get free if you are a student.

880810 2010-04-28 23:32:00 It is a work lap top, and the previous ones all have the games on them, we run off a server as we are part of another company and we have a computer unit set up over there for the customers to use. They work with adults, we work with children. and i cant see why they would take the games off. never been that strict on use before. we have free internet usage, and we have broadband. for work :p
as we are a early childhood centre and the staff all have lunch in the office and some of us play the games during our 1/2 hour lunch break time, we dont have a seperate staff room over here. (different buildings)

so we will have to ask the guy who set it up i guess.

thanks all

880814 2010-04-29 02:06:00 Go to the Control Panel - Programs and Features and click on 'Turn Windows Features On or Off' on the left menu.
This will open a new window and you should see Games at the top of the list.
Tick it and click OK.

Edit: Make sure the View in Control Panel is set to Large or Small icons for the above to work.
