| 880726 | 2010-04-28 12:56:00 | Belkin ADSL2+ Modem with Wireless G Plus MIMO Router. The router is located downstairs by the desktop and gives excellent internet connection - TelstraClear Broadband Homeplan. For two years it has done the same for the laptop upstairs. However over the last few weeks Internet connection to the laptop upstairs has become problematical, and is now currently not possible. The signal upstairs - if available - is weak and unable to make a connection. Bringing the laptop downstairs fixes the problem. The router settings have not been changed. The positioning of the router and the laptop have not been altered. There have been no alterations or changes in the house, nor have we installed any new devices. Any help on how to restore the previous signal strength would be most appreciated. |
