| 880271 | 2010-04-27 01:54:00 | My Epson 310 printer is giving a mauve colour cast to photos and coloured printing - so there appears to be an inbalance in both Magenta and Cyan. I am using genuine Epson inks, and photo paper. I have tried using adjustments in the prining preferences setting maximum negative values for both Magenta and Cyan but this fails to mitigate the problem. Any suggestions please |

| 880272 | 2010-04-27 02:13:00 | I had the same problem with my epson R210 printer. I was using cheap alternative cartriges. Changing to a different cheap alternative brand and swapping the light magenta & magenta cartridges fixed it for me. | lazydog (148) | ||
