2009-08-04 06:33:00 | This is funny, I requested to disconnect Vodafone on account to switch back to prepaid sim card. Vodafone operators shut my sim card off for 2 weeks in order to complete the the transfer which I lost so many incoming calls and texts. I was desperate to get connected therefore I was thinking to buy 2degree sim card today but somehow, my Vodafone sim card is back on the network again. I am a loyal Vodafone customer for many years which they never even appreciate that. Now it's time I'd move on a new network which value my benefits | daywalker (14848) | |
2009-08-04 06:48:00 | I just checked overseas texts which only cost 9c to text and 44c a minute (or part minute) to call any landline or mobile in 2degrees top 21 countries. | daywalker (14848) | |
2009-08-04 06:49:00 | Voda Supa Prepay and XT are 89c/minute. Voda Motormouth, if you're still on it, is 49c/minute. I think if you are calling non-Voda handsets it becomes $1.39. Well 44 is better than 49 when my dad finishes his balance he would sure switch. He only use it for voice calls and the occasional text.

2009-08-04 07:20:00 | Hmmm ... anybody an Excel whiz? I may need some assistance with this Plan comparison / calculator in respect to "free minutes" with plans etc :D | Chilling_Silence (9) | |
2009-08-04 07:55:00 | Seems ok considering it only cost 9c to text in nz and 21 other countries | Netsukeninja (13296) | |
2009-08-04 08:31:00 | telecom pre[ay $1.40 per minute peak hours a rip off and 89c a minute off peak still a rip off. 2 degrees have their own network in auck well and chch but if you are outside those centres they use vodafone but they did tell me that they will expand there own network as they get bigger and the same applies to text plane to they will get bigger in size in time.

2009-08-04 09:33:00 | So I've started on the Excel spreadsheet ... Attached file: Cellphone_Bill_Comparison.txt (www.imagef1.net.nz) (33 KB) Rename it to .xls instead of .txt ;) Formulas not in, Telecom data missing, as is Vodafone YouChoose plans. I'm debating doing this as a sort of "online form" ? Anyways, keen for somebody else to help complete the plans & formulas, I'm calling it a night for now ...

2009-08-04 11:24:00 | Alright, two things I haven't seen answered. The 9c texts, is that to ANY network? And really, what good will it be when all your mates/family are on Telecom/Voda and they can't text you (on 2degrees) on their (text) plan without paying 20c.

2009-08-04 13:11:00 | yes 9 cent to any network. Thats true in a way about the vodafone texting 2 degree thats why people should start encouraging people. Vodafone and telecom would have seen this thats why they haven't match the pricing

2009-08-04 13:18:00 | 2% seem to be targeting Vodaphone as the main competitor first. It was on Newstalk ZB this morning. All rush over there and that way it will allow me to carry on with Telecom & Xtra.
