| 881109 | 2010-04-29 23:11:00 | More and more people are using backgrounds and inline images in their signatures on email. I find this annoying because they show up as attachments under the little paperclip heading in outlook 2003 in HTML mode. Often I sort by this heading to find attachments. Is there any way to make Outlook distinguish between real attachments and these pesky signature images and backgrounds? Thanks Douglas |

You could retrain people to not use backgrounds and sigs or use a filter in Outlook to block all messages from the annoying people. |
