| 881350 | 2010-04-30 14:37:00 | when shutting down my computer. (running vista on a toshiba) i click on shut down from start menu. goes right the way through the motions, turns itself off for about 2 seconds then automatically turns itself back on and boots up. what s happening and what can i do to fix it, as the only way at present to turn it off is to hold down the power button, which is oviously not ideal! it has done it since new and is now about 5 months old!
