| 800310 | 2009-08-12 08:37:00 | Had to laugh today - at a customers house, tried to call Xtra,as they had forgotten their password for dialup / Email. When calling it requested to take a 90 Second survey at the end of the call - Press 1 or hang on for next operator. Ignored the request - it rang 20 odd times - click click - carried on ringing -- after 5 minutes gave up. Tried a few minutes later - same thing, hung up. Next time pressed 1 - Well one ring and an answer ----- Seems they want the survey done - didn't take it, hung up after fixing the problem. :D |
