800240 2009-08-11 22:40:00 IMO that's not a bad idea. Dealers have been selling new and used cars here through TradeMe for some time now. wratterus (105)

800244 2009-08-12 02:20:00 I tried to buy mustang parts from ebay, for my mate. But many USA sellers won't sell beyond their US territories. But one kind seller directed me to JC Whitney (www.jcwhitney.com) (like Super Cheap Auto NZ - but about 50 x larger) in La Salle, Illinois . Sometime I use others like rock auto (www.rockauto.com/), and Hot Rods USA (http:), and A1 Cardone (www.cardone.com)...

I guess the same might apply for GM's parts and accessories...

I won't buy from Rock, and Whitney gives very poor service so be warned . I get on overseas orders they will be a little worse .

A1 Cardone has always been a good warehouse for me and my local parts store deal with them directly as a wholesale supplier - but that may not extend to retail sales .

What do you need? I have a retailer who will sell and ship to NZ for youse guys if you want .

Don't forget to check out LMC too ( . lmctruck . com/truck_catalog_page . htm" target="_blank">www . lmctruck . com) for some really good and hard-to-get things for US trucks .

Great service - Good daily email contact, online tracking with Fedex, parts have been well packaged, and they gave a bunch of free parts catalogs (1000's of items). I believe they are the cheapest, after researching numerous USA car parts sites, plus I think they have links/associations with parts suppliers. I also discovered NZ suppliers/sellers were buying from them (and other sites) and re-selling here...

Some ebay sellers, have ebay stores, and websites, which in some instances can ship overseas for parts. But to shop online for mustang or other car parts (pcsourcepoint.blogspot.com) (my USA online review) like mustang, ebay is a good (and easy) starting point - which can lead to more specialist/extensive online car parts sites...
