i would think that that much concrete would insulate pretty well, although youd have to have a vent or something.

And to find one id just try local council, maybe dont tell them why you want it though, and make sure its clean :xmouth:

The R value of poured concrete is 0.08 per inch compared with wood at around 1.3 or polystyrene at 5.0 so it isn't great as an insulator. If it gets a chance to heat up during the day it might radiate for a while.
