2010-05-01 10:01:00 | I had a similar issue with my xp comp. Eventually I found it was a usb flash drive that I leave connected all the time. The drive still worked, but must have been dieing, as as soon as it was pulled the system worked | Phil B (648) | |

2010-05-01 10:04:00 | Are the chipset drivers and service packs installed? Delete everything under usb controllers then reboot then try | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |
2010-05-01 10:10:00 | Just finished getting all the service packs up to date (they were on dial-up, so updates went by the wayside! Now got them on BB!) Rebooting now, please hold, caller...

2010-05-01 10:20:00 | Once again Speedy you have made me look like a newbie here, but an IT God at home!! Deleted all the USB Root Hubs, rebooted, let them all reinstall and then fired up the Logitech DVD. Detected and installed almost immediately! Thanks mate!

2010-05-01 11:19:00 | The camera may indeed be defective - for Vista - it works OK on Win7... If the camera works on Win 7 how can it be defective? A driver issue I think.
