881995	2010-05-03 05:28:00	My Windows Home Server machine is playing up - basically it has stopped working. WHen I boot, whether I try to boot to WHS, the setup disk for WHS or some other OS, things progress for a bit, and then the monitor goes blank, and notjing else happens. Usually (but not always) the disk light is on and stays on. I have 3 disks - One IDE and two SATA. I've tried disconnecting these in turn,and the same thing still happens. It was booting to safe mode in WHS, but won't even do that now. I'm also getting a "floppy disk(s) fail(80)" message on boot, even though I don't have a floppy installed. I can boot the Paragon partition manager CD, which shows the 3 disks, and the 3 disks all show during the normal boot process. I'm beginning to suspect my mobo is on the way out. Any suggestions for further analysis?	Tony (4941)

881997	2010-05-03 06:01:00	The floppy was enabled, but not as a boot option. I thought I had disabled it, but when I checked again, I realised I hadn't done it fully. I no longer get the floppy fail message. That seems to have kicked the machine into life again, which is the good news. It does seem to me that the mobo is possibly becoming flaky - what do you think?	Tony (4941)
